All delivery times are estimates. Orders are usually processed and ready to ship within one business day. Most shipments will be delivered the following business day for customers within a thirty-mile radius. All other local (PA and NJ) business accounts will be shipped according to your accounts assigned delivery day. For businesses that do not have a formal business account, shipments may arrive up to 2 weeks from order date. Special order items that are not stocked at any of our facilities may take up to 3-4 weeks to ship (these items would be marked as "special order" on the item page). All local commercial deliveries are free with no minimum (must have an existing business account). Residential Shipping Policy
All delivery times are estimates. Orders that are placed by 2:00pm will be processed and shipped the following business day. Backorders, and other special order non-stock items may take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. Besides Pennsylvania and New Jersey shipments, all residential shipments are shipped via UPS and are therefore charged the going rate that UPS sets based on the dimensions and weight of the order and distance travelled. In-Store pick up is always free, but is only offered when ordered before 2:00pm, as many products are stored in off-site facilities. For PA and NJ customers within a 40-mile radius, free delivery is offered for all orders over $100.
