I, the user, understand that all shipping times are estimates. If an order is delayed, Master Supply Line LLC is not required to notify me of any delays, but will make their best attempt to do so promptly.
I, a business account credit user, understand that all payments must be made within 30 days of purchase. By agreeing to these terms and conditions I recognize that by not paying within 30 days Master Supply Line LLC reserves the right to stop accepting my orders and turn me over to debt collections. I understand that I may not hold Master Supply Line LLC accountable for any actions of the debt collector.
I, the user, understand that all problems regarding a delivery such as damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If the issue is not reported within 48 hours, I understand that I may not receive any compensation for such problem.
I, the user, acknowledge that products with warranties are through the manufacturer and not through Master Supply Line LLC. I may contact Master Supply Line LLC with any questions concerning warranties, however all faulty machinery, equipment, and/or furniture are to be reported directly to the manufacturer unless otherwise specified. I recognize that Master Supply Line LLC can not be held accountable for faulty machinery, equipment, and/or furniture as all machinery, equipment, and furniture is shipped by the manufacturer. I also understand that Master Supply Line LLC can not be held accountable for personal injury or property damaged caused by machinery, equipment, and/or furniture purchased through mastersupplyonline.com. I am expected to read all safety warnings and user manuals for all machinery, equipment, and/or furniture provided by the manufacturer.
