Our History

Master Supply Line was founded in 1988 as Appealing Possibilities by Lillian and Walter Master. The company began out of their home, focusing on janitorial and food service supplies with the goal to fill a gap in the industry in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas, and to provide businesses the service and quality products they deserve. In 1998, with the help of Kevin and Barbara Master, the business was renamed Master Supply Line and was moved to its current location in Macungie where a retail store was opened.

Business shifted into a party and banquet retail store, and a foodservice commercial end. Business began growing, and more and more employees were hired to assist. As interests changed along with demands, Master Supply Line slowly transitioned away from party supplies and focused on janitorial and food service supplies.

In 2019, following Lillian and Walter's retirement, the company was purchased by Kevin and Barbara Master. Shortly thereafter, the Covid-19 pandemic hit, where supplies such as disinfectants, masks, and hand sanitizers became scarce, but business persisted. We are thankful to say that we never had to close our doors, and we are blessed to have the ability to continuously serve our community with exceptional products and professional, friendly customer service.

Since then, we have been focused on improving our online platform to create a simplified, user friendly online experience. We have partnered with many new manufacturers and distribution centers across the nation to grow our product line to include office supplies, furniture, and countless other items that our customers were seeking.

We are unlike our competition: local businesses recieve free delivery on all in-stock items. There are no minimums to order, no contracts, and no membership fees. All businesses receive quoted pricing. This is so we can save your company even more money on products you use regularly! Contact us today to apply for a business account.

Existing business accounts using the online ordering portal can pay via credit card upon checkout or via check within 30 days (if approved). All orders MUST be sent by 3:00PM for next day delivery.
