Commercial Return Policy

Special order/non-stock items may not be returned regardless of reasoning. For existing business customers, a non-stock item can be identified by the product number on the invoice/packing slip. If the item number is SPECIAL, STORE, or WEBSITE, the item cannot be returned. All other returns must be made within 30 days of purchase (not shipment). If the product appears to be in perfect condition, it may be refunded at the price paid. If a return is made after 30 days, a 30% restocking fee will be charged.

Residential Return Policy

Returns must be submitted via our return page, or at our physical location. All returns require some form of receipt. If done via our website, follow the steps on our return page. For returns at our physical location, a receipt must be presented, and it must be within 30 days of purchase. For any returns outside of 30 days, the return may not be accepted or will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Returns may be rejected if a receipt is not presented, the return is later than 30 days after purchase, the product is damaged or broken in any way, the product was clearly used, or the product is not in its original packaging. Special order/non-stock items may not be returned regardless of reasoning.
